I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was much better than other London hotels I've stayed at, and the staff were really courteous and helpful. The location was excellent, as it was close to two tube stations, making it convenient to get around the city. The hotel was also clean and modern, with lots of ethnic restaurants nearby to try out.

The bed was comfy, made for a good night's sleep. The shower had a separate shower head, so it was convenient for washing my hair. The hotel's location was great, with easy access to tourist attractions and public transportation.
The staff was rude when they found out I was using an American Express card. They insisted on cash payment, causing a lot of stress and inconvenience.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right beside the East Aldgate tube station. It made it very easy for us to explore the city. The room was spacious and quiet, with lovely views over the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. The amenities in the room, like the ironing facilities and air conditioning, were a nice touch. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.
In terms of cons, we didn't encounter any negative aspects during our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel offered clean rooms with a comfortable bed and a lovely view over the city. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the TV was huge, making our stay more fun. we were impressed with the value for money and would definitely consider staying again.
There was one small downside we experienced. The air in the room wasn't the freshest, but we understand that this might be a common issue in many London hotels.
